My journey from a shy bookworm to a published author and founder of The Kid Lit Foundation has been fueled by a simple wish: to make sure every African child can pick up a book and meet a hero who looks, sounds, and dreams like they do.

These days, I’ve traded in my solo writer's hat for a much more fun one: a guide for storytellers of all ages. I run online writing workshops and courses for children and coach aspiring authors.
