Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Process Scheduling: Appointments are made via this website. Please select a time slot that suits your schedule. Confirmation: Your booking is secured once full payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email with calendar details. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations Rescheduling: I kindly request 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Contact me via email [info@sopemartins.com], and we’ll find a new slot at no extra cost. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable. Missed Sessions: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in full payment being retained. Extenuating circumstances (e.g., emergencies) will be reviewed with discretion. 3. Technical Requirements Platform: Consultations are held via Google Meet. A link will be sent prior to your session. Connectivity: Ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet environment. If technical issues arise on your end, the session will not be extended. If issues occur on ours, we’ll reschedule promptly. 4. Preparation Materials: Please submit any required documents (e.g., manuscript excerpts, questions) 24 hours in advance via email to info@sopemartins.com. Punctuality: Sessions will begin and end at the agreed time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated beyond the allotted slot. 5.
