These terms apply whether you’re here for coaching, courses, or to finally fix that comma splice haunting your manuscript. Let’s keep things smooth.

We’re a Community: Whether you’re here for coaching, courses, or commas, we operate on kindness, collaboration, and the occasional shared meme. Rudeness will be met with a polite yet firm “nope” and

No Clones Allowed: My resources, course materials, and witty quips are mine. You’re welcome to use them for your personal growth, but replicating, reselling, or claiming them as your own will summon my lawyer, who is very invested in earning his keep.

Payments: Due upfront unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Late payments earn you a starring role in my next “client horror story” novella (kidding… mostly).
Refunds: Coaching/editing refunds require a three-day notice period, provided no service has been rendered. Courses are digital—once you hit “buy,” there’s no undo button.

Be Human: No spam, scams, or unsolicited advice on mine or anyone else's chocolate (or writing) habits. Let’s keep this fun.
Feedback Welcome: If something’s not working, tell me! I can’t fix it if I don’t know it’s broken (unless it’s my WiFi—that’s between me and the tech gods).

Rescheduling: Life happens! Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your session, or I’ll charge you an "I Missed You" full price fee (exceptions for alien abductions or zombie apocalypses).
Effort Required: I’ll bring strategies, prompts, and enthusiasm—you bring openness and a willingness to try things (even if it means writing at 3 a.m. in your bathtub). Results depend on both of us showing up, so bring your A-game (or at least B+ effort).

Access: Courses are yours for 12 months from your purchase date. After that, they vanish into the digital abyss (set a calendar reminder!).
Sharing = Caring? Nope: Your login is for you, not your book club, your cat, or your ex’s cousin’s neighbour.

Turnaround: Your edits will arrive by a mutually agreed upon time unless I’m trapped under a pile of rogue semicolons (I’ll warn you).
Revisions: 1 round included. Additional tweaks cost extra (like adding sprinkles to a cupcake).
File Safety: Save your work! I’m not liable for files lost to black holes, spilled coffee, or “I swear I clicked save.”

My Stuff: Courses, worksheets, and content are © Sope Martins. Use them, love them, but don’t repurpose them for profit (unless we’ve signed a glittery contract saying otherwise).
Your Stuff: Your writing is YOURS. I won’t steal your ideas, even if you accidentally invent the next Hunger Games. Pinky swear.

Your Secrets Are Safe: I’ll treat your work, ideas, and existential writing crises with the secrecy of a vault. No sharing unless you’re plotting something illegal (but seriously...don't plot anything illegal - I will not keep that secret from my lawyer).

Breakup Policy: Either of us can end this partnership with [X days’ notice]. No hard feelings—sometimes the vibe just isn’t vibing.
Bad Behavior: Be lovely, or I’ll revoke access faster than you can say “plagiarism.”

Liability: While I’ll do everything to help you succeed, I can’t promise a Pulitzer, a six-figure book deal, or that your mother will finally read your memoir.

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, because even creativity needs jurisdiction.
